Stockpiling helps to boost rice farmers' profits

A Government programme to a temporary stockpile of one million tonnes of rice from the winter-spring crop has ensured that many farmers in the Cuu Long (Mekong) River Delta earned profits, a meeting heard yesterday in Long An Province.
